Frequently Asked Questions

What's the minimum investment required?

To set you up for success, we work with clients who are ready to make a meaningful commitment to their Amazon business. Most clients start with a combination of a setup/service fee and an initial inventory budget. While there’s some flexibility based on your goals and the model you choose (FBA or FBM), our most successful partners invest between $55,000 - $125,000. We’ll walk you through the options and help you determine the best fit for your goals.

What happens if I’ve already been burned by another Amazon automation company?

Aaron’s team is aware of the bad actors in the industry and has structured their offer to be transparent and hands-on, with no hidden markups or fake “automation.” You own everything, approve all purchases, and can see all costs. The team’s approach is to educate and empower clients, not just sell a dream.

How much work is required from me?

Minimal. About 15 minutes weekly reviewing reports and updates. This is 99% done-for-you.

What if Amazon shuts down my account?

In 10 years and 78+ stores, we've never had a suspension because we follow every rule precisely. Account bans come from shortcuts we don't take.

How long until I see returns?

Our process is designed to get you up and running as efficiently as possible. Most clients begin seeing their first returns within a few months of launch, depending on the business model and inventory cycles. For those focused on cash flow, there are options that provide monthly payouts after an initial setup period. We’ll go over the timelines and expectations in detail so you know exactly what to anticipate based on your chosen path.

How do I know the profits are real?

We use SellerBoard - the industry gold standard for Amazon P&L reporting. If someone shows you spreadsheets or custom apps, they're hiding something.

Who owns the Amazon account, LLC, and inventory — me or you?

You (the client) own the Amazon account, the LLC, and the inventory. Aaron’s team helps set up the LLC, EIN, and reseller license, but the business entity and inventory are in your name. You send funds directly to suppliers for inventory purchases, and you approve all purchase orders. This structure is designed for transparency and to ensure you have full ownership and control.

What exactly causes most Amazon stores to fail — and how do you avoid those failures?

Most stores fail due to lack of compliance, poor product selection, insufficient capital, and falling for “automation” scams or bad management. Aaron’s team avoids these pitfalls by:

Only using authentic suppliers and invoices.

Ensuring clients have enough capital for inventory and setup.

Avoiding dropshipping and risky shortcuts.

Providing hands-on management and requiring client involvement for compliance.

“People are still trying to kind of get around the drop shipping on them on, on the platform. The reason we stay away from it entirely is because you can really run into a lot of problems with it.”

“A lot of companies try to handle that purchasing and the reason they do that is they frankly, they don’t have to worry about you being profitable on the back end if they are marking the products up enough on the front end.”

How is inventory risk managed if a product stops selling or margins compress?

Inventory is only purchased for products that are already selling well and are not saturated. Tools like Jungle Scout and Keepa are used for product research. Inventory is not bought until a sale is confirmed (especially in FBM). If a product stops selling, Aaron’s team pivots to new products and uses supplier relationships to minimize losses. Amazon’s FBA also provides some protection (e.g., reimbursement for lost inventory).

How long do you realistically stay involved with a client after launch?

Aaron’s team stays involved for the long term, providing ongoing support, regular communication, and monthly review meetings. Clients are added to group chats, receive daily updates, and can reach out for help at any time. The team’s compensation is tied to your success, so they remain engaged as long as you are a client.
